About the store
Mizu sells Japanese homeware online and ships within Israel. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. Prices are shown in Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT.
These terms take effect on the day the store opens for purchases. While the site is in preview, products, photos and content are shown for demonstration only and no orders can be placed. The Hebrew version of these terms is the binding one; the English text is a convenience translation.
Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once payment is approved by our payment provider and you receive a confirmation email with a tax invoice. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll contact you and refund it in full.
Cancellations & returns
You may cancel an order and return items in accordance with our returns policy and the Israeli Consumer Protection Law. See the Returns page for the full details and timelines.
