Changed your mind? Return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return
Email us at help@mizu-home.com with your order number and we'll arrange a return. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
