What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email, phone number and shipping address, plus the items you ordered. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Grow / Meshulam) — your card details never reach our servers.
How we use it
We use your details only to process and deliver your order, send order confirmations, handle returns, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except the services required to run the store (payment processing, email delivery, shipping).
Cookies
We use only essential cookies and local storage needed for the site to work — for example, remembering your cart and language. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law you may ask to review, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email help@mizu-home.com and we'll take care of it.
