Are all pieces identical?+
Some ceramics and glassware show small variations in glaze and form — natural for these production styles, and part of the beauty.
How do I care for them?+
Most items are dishwasher-safe, but hand-washing is gentlest and keeps glazes looking their best. Avoid sudden temperature changes with glassware.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards. Your payment is processed securely at checkout.
Do you offer gift wrapping?+
Every order is wrapped simply and beautifully. If it's a gift, leave a note at checkout and we'll leave out the receipt.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Reach us within a few hours of ordering and we'll do our best — once an order has shipped it follows our returns policy.
Do you ship internationally?+
